crap and crab

For the past week I've been feeling really frustrated. sigh. whatever luh, things will get better!

I was consulting my senior just now. hahaha she always gives the right words at the right time. "courage is doing something despite fear; it doesn't mean no fear". well yeah, I will (: I will find someway out, somehow, if I'm stuck... so no worries!

Anyway, "Angels and Demons" is... hmm, slightly disappointing. I wouldn't give it a 2.5 though, maybe a 3 out of 5. That was yesterday.

Today, Clara and I went exploring at Labrador Park! It was really fun, and I want to finish blogging about it before my brain shuts down. We saw the battle sites and walked the length of the park, enjoying the sun, the breeze and the view. At one point, the water was really clear that we could see the rocks underneath! It's awesome. There was also the legendary Dragon's teeth gate, the Labrador Jetty and the only stretch of beach at Labrador. haha. Spent probably an hour at the jetty/ beach looking at people's catch and searching for... crabs! Yeah, they are really mini. AND, Teddy the hairy crab is really really hairy. Haha!
Let's rent some rods, and go fishing someday! ((:

Fool's errand is nice (: BUT, it would have been better if I have more background knowledge of the previous books. I'm still on it, but it's getting pretty awesome now.

yes, val van and I played tennis -i finally exercised!- under the friggin' scorching sun. It was fun but my forearm is hurting now. After lunch, we headed to town for nice chilled drinks at Starbucks!

"What dreams may come" by Richard Materson is interesting.. I wouldn't say it's as captivating as Harry Potter, nonetheless, the idea of afterlife by the author is touching and complicated sometimes.

I'm halfway through Sweeney Todd when weirong decided to recommend a Robin Hobb book to me. I was curious what it was about so I started out on it. Aww, bad choice! I'm hooked onto Fool's Errand now. So going to abandon ST till I'm done with Fool's Errand... (:

Met the woman at lot one today to shop for presents and to catch up! After tennis yesterday, my right arm was aching... and after meeting weirong today, my left arm is hurting too. haha! I remember we played this slapping scissors-paper-stone game in sec2, and my right hand swelled after 1 minute into the game, and it was bruised after 5 minutes. I'm surprised I lasted for five mins actually. HAHA.
Great day today; it has been a long time since I laughed this hard (: I hope we get our letters really soon yo!

I hate these.

I need confirmations; I want to settle everything soon, and really look forward to what lies ahead. sigh, it seems like the first half of 2009 is full of uncertainties.
