dilemma

What would I do if I have financial woes and my beloved pet needs surgery to save its life? A surgery can easily cost $1000; am I willing to fork out that sum of money, and scrimp and save for the next few months? Is that money worth extending my pet's life by a few years? Perhaps an additional few more years of companionship and happiness?

Now let's imagine my pet as a fellow human being.

Will I?

I will definitely pay for the surgery, even if it means having bread and tuna for all 3 meals for the next 2 months.
